I could do an advertorial on this one.. instead I will just tell you all and have rather smaller audience.. if your kids like sushi, like mine do and if yours can polish of 3 rolls and still be eyeing up more, like mine do then this is sooo for you
You essentially make your rice, open the barrel, fill each side, press the stick in the middle to create a fill space, fill it, close the barrel with the plunger up the top, lock another stopper on the other end, screw down 5 times to compact, take the lock stop off and push out the perfectly round, compacted sushi onto nori paper then roll!!.
I stuffed them full and cost me about $12 all up (and $6 of that was Salmon Sashimi that I ate half before even starting).. I made 6 long rolls which is 12 that we would get in the shops.. do would be $36 at my local and way more full.
How strange is it to think our kids grow up on salmon sashimi sushi rolls? Lucky little things they are.. so healthy and soo simple.. $30 in some knife shop.. $21.40 with free shipping over here

thanking you! I have wanted to make my own for a while, my kids love it too, what a bargain meal when you make it yourself x
