Grateful for Help


Help comes in so many ways and I am just grateful for the lot...

Medications that ease the pain..

Exercise that boosts the endorphin levels..

Talking that makes it all make sense..

Advice that puts your mind at ease..

Helping hands that ease the pressure..

Time, the time to think, to plan and to action..

Its all help for me and I am grateful for the lot xx

That image? I don't think that way when it comes to exercise... wish I did!! I think I think that way about most other things, but sadly not running. x
